Payment Options

We are participating providers with many insurance companies. However, individual coverage will depend on which plan you have chosen. Our fees vary depending on the extent and complexity of the examination and on the utilization of lab tests, therapies and review of records or imaging. For your convenience, we will submit your medical claims to your insurance. It is our financial policy that patients are responsible for co-payments and yearly deductibles. Most major medical insurance companies cover Chiropractic care. Our Nutrition and Wellness consultations and diagnostic testing fees are due at the time the service is rendered.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please be considerate and call at least 24 hours in advance allowing us time to call patients on our wait list. This unfortunately denies the opportunity for the people who need care to receive it. There will be a charge for missing a reserved appointment time.
